Click here to view the flyer. This 4-week mindful meditation workshop will be offered at The Minds Eye Bookstore in downtown Mt. Clemens. We will meet Thursday’s Feb 20th – March 13th, 2014 from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. In this 4-week workshop we will learn the concept of mindfulness meditation and how the practice can help you expand awareness of how you relate to your mental, emotional and physical experiences.

Mindful meditation is a unique practice which helps us to live more moment by moment. It helps us to be unconditionally present.  It helps us be present with whatever is happening in the moment, no matter what it is. We learn how to pay attention to the present moment – experience life with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with what is. It is a great antidote to the stresses of our daily lives. With our mindful meditation practice, we are able to stop, breathe, observe and connect with our inner experience.
This 4-week mindful meditation workshop includes:

• Course book “Full Catastrophie Living” by Jon Kabat-Zinn
• Relaxation Meditation CD
• Workshop workbook
